Mercedes-Benz has partnered with hundreds of companies to offer special incentives to their employees on the purchase or lease of a new vehicle registered under the corporate name.  If your company is not currently participating we are happy to help you apply!*

Fleet Employee Program

As an employee of a participating Fleet company, you may now be eligible for exclusive pricing!  You'll enjoy an exclusive incentive available only to individual employees at select companies participating in the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Employee Program (FEP).  Here's how easy it is:

1) In order to receive your FEP Incentive Form, please complete the

Fleet Employee Program Enrollment Form and email the completed form along with a photo Driver's License and one of the following documents to .
 
  • Copy of current pay stub, or direct deposit slip* (*Please white-out personal information, e.g. social security number, salary).
  • Corporate Website Verification identifying individual as an active Company Employee.

2) Go to Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles and select your vehicle.
3) Negotiate your best price.
4) Present us with your FEP Incentive Form and your photo Driver's License.
5) Your FEP incentive will be deducted from the transaction price.
6) Your FEP incentive can also be combined with any special lease or finance program in place at the time of purchase.

 
  • Please note that the employee is entitled to one control number per calendar year which is valid until one year from issue date.
  • To be eligible for the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Employee Program, vehicles must be new and unused.
  • Fleet incentives cannot be used in conjunction with Dealer Employee Purchase Program (DEPP), Mercedes Vehicle Plan (MVP), Master Lease Program (MLP), Diplomat, European Delivery, Customer Loan Plan (CLP), Special Demos or non-U.S. specification vehicles.

Executive Allowance Bonus Program

Executive Allowance Bonus (EAB) is an enhancement to the Fleet Program.  Available exclusively to executives, managers, and sales representatives with individual vehicle allowances, EAB provides significant incentives on eligible purchased or leased Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Every Mercedes-Benz includes the following features:
 
  • Four-year, 50,000-mile limited warranty period
  • Standard features that other manufacturers may offer only as options - or not at all
  • A full complement of active and passive safety features, as well as clean-diesel technology
  • 24-hour Roadside Assistance for the life of the vehicle
  • A customer service experience unparalleled in the industry
In order to qualify for participation in the Executive Allowance Bonus, your company must meet the following requirements:

A) Your company is currently enrolled in the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program and has an assigned Corporate Account Number (CAN).

B) Your company has employees who receive a vehicle allowance as part of their compensation package that applies to the individual purchase/lease of a company vehicle.  To qualify for EAB, the applicant must submit the following documentation:

 
  • An Executive Allowance Bonus Enrollment Form signed by the executive
  • A copy of the EAB applicant's pay stub/direct deposit record slip

- OR -
 
  • A photo ID and one (1) example of employment documentation (employment documentation can be in the form of a corporate resolution, Articles of Incorporation, or corporate website)

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to protect the privacy of the EAB applicant, the social security number and salary information should be deleted (white out) from the pay stub/direct deposit copy (or equivalent). The vehicle allowance compensation should be highlighted on the pay stub/direct deposit copy if listed as supplemental income.
